REFUND POLICY

Thank you for purchasing our services at Philippines.tv owned by REDILA CORPORATION. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may cancel it for full refund.

In order to be eligible for a full refund, you have to cancel the services with 15 calendar days of your purchase. You have to send us email for your cancellation at billing@redila.com.

After we receive your email, our Billing Department will process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For the credit card payment, it make take 7 to 15 business days for the refund to show up on your credit card statement.
